New to the Extended Tips series? This entry can prove useful to you all on its own. The advice given here offers immediate gratification through simple physical adjustments. No matter your skill level, these tweaks are certain to benefit your bio-energetic experience.
Just so you can be sure you’re not handicapping yourself through reckless living, I recommend reading Part I before starting this article.
If your physical health is pitiful, your potential will be rather limited when it comes to bio-energetic interactions.
I understand you’re not going to vacuum out each and every fold in your life for little ol’ me.
At the very least, follow these particular tenets from Part I: get sleep, drink water, and try not to consume too much poison. Also, wine.
That’s about it.
These few basic tweaks can change your entire experience for the better. This is important to be aware of.
Unintended self sabotage is a lousy reason to miss out on a unique and stellar experience, am I right?

If you have already read the How To Aether page and Part I of this ongoing series, welcome back!
So, what was Part I all about, anyways?
The goal of the article was to give you a fair shot.
I want those with trouble perceiving bio-energetic phenomena to have just as much potential as those who were able to feel Aether right away.
For this to happen, you’ll need to clear out the biggest obstacles that are most likely to hinder your energetic development and sensitivity.
Bad sleep, bad health, chemical misuse? It is painful to admit, but as it turns out these can adversely affect your performance in a number of activities, including this one.
The worst part? In general, it’s a bummer to go about improving your health.
Why? It can take days or weeks to notice a difference in how your body feels.
Who’s got time for that?
Start small. Incorporate what you can. Determine which factors of your lifestyle are currently making you sickest and axe them.
If you’re making an effort to steer away from utter physical desolation, keep at it. You’ll find yourself feeling mysteriously better and at ease all on your own. Good health feels nice. Who knew?
Even if all you can manage is a slightly higher water intake, greater energetic sensitivity is a certainty. Bit by bit, it will grow and become more refined. It may even find use alongside your physical senses as a go-to tool for addressing the world. How far it can be developed depends on your perseverance and desire to explore.
Do your best, continue to improve upon yesterday, and enjoy these immediately useful tips presented here in Part II!

Anatomy and Blood
A number of years have past since I first began research in this field. I and a number of other researchers asked the same question: how would this subtle energy found in Aether affect our day-to-day experience?
The only way to find out was to test the body’s response to “Aetheric energy” exposure. Extensively.
Having trouble feeling anything up until this point? No worries. I have determined that there are anatomical means one can utilize to boost the likelihood of a unique Aetheric experience.
As it turns out, blood is a vital factor in this process. While any part of the body is capable of holding a bio-energetic “charge,” it appears that areas with the greatest concentration of blood are the most able.
Why blood? First and foremost it’s full of water, which anyone who’s dabbled with orgone will know has an incredible affinity for subtle energies. Secondly it has hemoglobin, a red protein which utilizes atoms of iron in its construction (hence the red). Metals such as iron have a propagating effect on subtle energies, somewhat similar to water.
Third, blood may have some sort of energetic significance that we aren’t fully aware of. Maybe that’s why Satanists love it so? I should go ask one…
Now then, when it comes to sussing out a physical sensation, your hands are the go-to tools. In my opinion they’re your best bet for feeling a bio-energetic interaction, but they’re certainly not your only option.
I encourage you to try resting Aether on different parts of your body, so you’re able to map this out for yourself. As you go on, you will find that certain areas will result in a far stronger interaction than others.
To address the entire cardiovascular system in one measly article would be a little overwhelming.
From what I hear, the thing is just packed with blood.
For now, let’s take a look at the vessels of the hands and forearm. Of all limbs, these will offer us the most immediate benefits and satisfaction.

Hands
When it comes to your hands, the palms are generally the most capable in picking up physical sensation. You could place Aether on any part of your palm and get a palpable result.
Try every plot of skin. The physical effects of these placements are always unique. Oftentimes I find that different parts of my body can feel better and rejuvenated simply by shifting the positions of these Aether devices around.
Perhaps those reflexology hand charts were on to something? Probably the Chinese foot massage charts too, but we’re not here to sit and talk about feet.
The palm is generally more sensitive, but the back of the hand displays blood vessels that are easier to access.
Go ahead, take a look. See? The vessels are raised above the skin. You might even see a tinge of blue.
In any case, it’s an easy access to blood and well worth trying out. The exposure of thr vessel makes it easier to see how Aether affects it exclusively, rather than a section of skin and muscle.
For these intricate applications I’ve found that the best choice of equipment to be the smaller Aether devices, such as the Mini Prism or the separated cubes of a Grid.
In general, one might think that the larger the device, the stronger the energetic interaction. Right?
Not so.
Take the Mini Prisms, for example. They are small, yes. And yet, relative to their size, they’re surprisingly focused.
It’s easier to feel a pinprick of intensity than a spread out sensation. Much like pressing the tip of a knife into your palm is more noticeable than the smooth back of a spoon.
If you ever find yourself in possession of a number of different shaped and sized Aether devices, I heavily recommend comparing their effects on your hand. You can learn a lot about the Aetheric medium as a whole by the differences you discover between different devices.

Fingers
Let’s not forget about the fingers. Every one of them has dedicated digital arteries one can take advantage of for bio-energetic uses.
One should be aware that the pointer finger has a unique vessel called the radialis indicis artery. This vessel stems directly from the radial artery in the forearm, which is the main source of blood to the lower arm.
Considering these outcomes, we can conclude that holding Aether between the pointer finger and thumb is one of the most viable methods for sussing out the effects of smaller Aether units.
It’s one of my personally favorite ways one can achieve a “closer look” at the true character of these items. It’s very much like feeling for a pulse.

Forearms
Beyond the hands, there is a promising square inch or so of skin just before the inner elbow on the forearm. A number of vessels share this location, coalescing into the brachial artery.
Most people find the undersides of the forearm to be more sensitive, so your best bet is to rest Aether on the underside.
Here’s the thing. Unlike your hands, it’s a bit more difficult to twist your forearm around than it is your hand. To keep your forearm’s underside facing up will tax your arms, potentially hindering your circulation. I do not recommend keeping your arm twisted for long, for you may experience diminishing results.
I still recommend trying it. With this position, you can experience a unique Aetheric phenomenon.
Relax your chosen arm. If you wish, you can perform a quick warm-up stretch to ensure proper circulation. Now turn over your arm and place your Aether directly on top of the brarchial artery.
A sensation may arise at this location, but that’s not the interesting part. You may also notice a sensation in the adjoined hand and fingertips as well!
You can feel every beat of your heart with ease, most notably in your thumb and pointer finger. You may also notice an increase in heat, weight or sensitivity of your hand.
Compare this with how your hand feels when Aether is placed on your inner wrist. Or outer wrist. Or any part of the forearm. Experiment!
While the immediate placement of Aether can readily change the outcome sensation, the positioning of your body is an important factor as well. Your stance, posture, and the manner in which you carry yourself all have a direct effect on both your circulation and energetic conductivity.

Positioning and Posture
[/spb_text_block] [blank_spacer height=”30px” width=”1/6″ el_position=”last”] [blank_spacer height=”30px” width=”1/1″ el_position=”first last”] [blank_spacer height=”30px” width=”1/6″ el_position=”first”] [spb_text_block pb_margin_bottom=”no” pb_border_bottom=”no” width=”2/3″ el_position=”last”]
The ideal positioning is one that maximizes circulation and minimizes tension.
Better circulation of blood leads to better “energetic conductivity,” so what we’re doing here is creating an optimal circuit out of your body.
The more free your blood is to flow, the greater conductivity you will experience. On the other side of the spectrum, if you try and hold a position that creates tension and stiffness, you may increase your “energetic resistance.”
In addition to throttling your circulation, physical tension also restricts breathing, which, as I’ve alluded to elsewhere on this site, is one of the chief mechanisms driving the production of subtle energy in the human body.
You might not realize it, but all it takes is one or two bad habits to cut your lung capacity in half.
As we get older, our breathing becomes more and more shallow. We begin to focus more on the upper parts of the lungs to do most of the breathing. As this goes on, our lower lungs are used less and less, until it becomes a chore to incorporate it at all. Some people hardly know they have a diaphragm, let alone what it should be doing.
Whatever can we do about this?

“Imagine the Head Dangling From a String”
A common phrase in both Qigong and Chinese martial arts, it is traditionally used to help students center themselves and revert to the “zero state.”
That is, a stance that removes your tendency to overthink.
Whether you’re standing or sitting, just imagine that the top of your head is hanging from an invisible string. This string is slowly pulling upwards, raising and lengthening your spine as your lower body pulls the rest of your body downwards. Because, you know, gravity.
This is a safe and effective way to extend your spine without unnaturally forcing your back to hold it up. This method feels far more natural and comfortable, and it offers a pleasant stretch in the process.
The benefits continue! In addition to ensuring the spine is free of kinks, it also helps to spread the ribs and thus makes breathing easier.
Since the body is now enjoying a pleasant vertical stretch, this means that your organs and blood vessels have a little more room than usual. Since they aren’t as compressed, they will enjoy an increase in circulation that you will experience as a greater sense of comfort and ease.
You may find it a little strenuous to maintain a vertically extended position like this, but with further practice it will become second nature. This is what it’s like to have good posture. It’s harder work than it looks, isn’t it?
Note the legs in the picture. They’re bent and relaxed. Do you have to bend your legs this much for our purposes? No. You will want to bend them a little bit though, as having perfectly straight legs will… yup, you guessed it, limit their circulation.

Wrap Up
Preferable placements on the hand and arm. Preferable positionings of the limbs and body.
Up next? Preferable perspiration.
For now, put these tips to good use and see what you discover. Do your best to understand and incorporate the results you observe. Can you make them repeatable? A dependable result is the cornerstone of a new and improved belief system.
I’ll share more in a week or two.
Enjoy.
