Everything in a nutshell:

If your order has not been customized, it is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. It is possible to change your order within 24 hours of payment. If you desire something different from your initial choice, just contact me.

The freight charge depends on your delivery address.

Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks of purchase, depending on the volume of devices requested. The resin will take a few days to fully cure, and then up to a week to air out and lose their scent (weather permitting). If you wish to have your order sooner rather than later, I can instead mail it before it loses all scent. This way you’ll have your order sooner, and it will still perform its energetic function without fail. Just be sure to let them dry out in the open air for a day or two.

All items are waterproof and will be not be harmed by rain or submergence in water. However, if items become wet please do NOT handle for prolonged periods on exposed skin. As with many plastics in the world, the resins used in Aether contain BPA, and will absorb into skin when wet. If you wish to hold your items for extended periods, even while wet, consider a custom purchase that utilizes a Protectaclear coating (or coat it yourself). Inquire for details.

Returns policy

I want all my customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact me. If you send an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the product(s) within one month for a refund.

If you have had your items customized, they will not be eligible for a return. It is best to try one of my standard products, to make certain this technology can do beneficial work for you. Only once you are confident in Aetheric functionality should you move forward with a custom purchase.

How to return a product

Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details I will not be able to process your refund.

The return address can be found on the package the items were delivered in. If you have lost the original packaging, contact me for the most recent address. This is a mobile operation. Who knows what country I’ll send from next?

It can take up to 14 days for me to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once I have received the returned products, I will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours.
