200 mesh. Fine, light gray powder.

Despite its cool, chrome color and its ability to transfer heat away (think heat sinks and engine blocks), aluminum does not give off a “cool” energy. In Aether one will find it becomes rather “hot” and “busied” in sensation. Like a small and mildly annoyed beehive.

Don’t expect your hand to be melted off. It’s a subtle difference, and no, it does not become tangibly hotter. It is simply a “hot” energy. It makes more sense once it’s in your hand.

All current Variants will accept this additive.

200 mesh. Bright orange powder. Iron oxide is essentially “rust” that you would find on things made of iron.

Don’t think little of it. This powder offers a little more “warmth” to the output of Aether devices.

All current Variants will accept this additive.

200 mesh. Very fine gray powder. Velvety smooth and heavy. Sinks quickly, so it’s a tough additive to mix in evenly. Usually tends to settle towards the bottom of Aether when poured if not mixed vigorously.

Adds a slight “coarseness” to Aether output, as if the smallest, gentlest steel scrubbing pad were to be mixed in. There is also a subtle increase in “hardness.”

An ideal additive for those who desire to be more energetically aggressive. Dirty job ahead? Utilize the hardness of steel.

All current Variants will accept this additive.

200 mesh dark grey powder.

Silicon has been used in the creation of a number of Variants, none of which are currently shared on this site. Whenever I want to try anything weird or out there, I usually incorporate a little silicon.

It has so many unique applications. Its most famous use is in circuits and computers. When mixed with oxygen it becomes silicon dioxide, otherwise known as quartz and the silica sand you see on most all beaches. Much of our planet is made from silicon compounds.

When it comes to Aether, I notice that silicon powder aids in the creation of a more complex Variant. That is, one meant to do something a little out of the ordinary, or a little beyond my current understanding. In that sense, it’s a fairly cerebral and philosophical addition one could use to steer the output of their desired device.

[/spb_text_block] [/spb_accordion_tab] [spb_accordion_tab title=”Magnetite” accordion_id=”” icon=””] [spb_text_block pb_margin_bottom=”no” pb_border_bottom=”no” width=”1/1″ el_position=”first last”]

100 mesh. Coarse, like sand. Almost pure black. Heavy.

Magnetite is a mineral and one of the main iron ores. With the chemical formula is Fe3O4, it is one of the oxides of iron. Magnetite is ferrimagnetic; it is attracted to a magnet and can be magnetized to become a permanent magnet itself.[5][6] It is the most magnetic of all the naturally-occurring minerals on Earth.[5][7] Naturally-magnetized pieces of magnetite, called lodestone, will attract small pieces of iron, which is how ancient peoples first discovered the property of magnetism. Today it is mined as iron ore.” [1]

I was attracted to magnetite as an additive right from the get-go, and it was one of the first I sought out specifically. There was a growing amount of interesting research surrounding its effects on our health, especially when utilized with water. Here’s a guy who has amassed a stockpile of scientific research which explores the link between magnetism and biology: link.

Here’s a page showcasing experiments he’s done with plants and crops, specifically with magnetite: link.

Fascinating, right? And what luck, it’s fairly dirt cheap. I get mine from a pottery supply store.

Curious about a metaphysical opinion on magnetite? This site goes pretty in-depth on the effects many minerals and metals can have on people in energetic and spiritual ways. I can’t say I believe everything this person types, but when I consider its use in Aether, an energetic technology, I certainly listen. Who knows, it might actually work, and allow myself and others to better create a more nuanced and customized Aether. For every possible need or requirement.

This probably isn’t the place for this sorta rhetoric. Just sprang up out of nowhere. In any case here’s the page: link.

My assessment? It does seem to have an energetically “attractive” energy to it. Due to its weight, it reminds one a little of gravity, or as one might say, magnetism. How convenient, right?

Since it creates an energetic effect that is both grounding and attractive, it would appear to have use in manifestation. Peeps already versed in energetic lore know full well what that means. The rest of you lot, we’ll get into that later.

If anyone were to want a device to aid in a particular desire, wish, dream or journey, I would in all likelihood use this powder. It seems to have a solidifying, emboldening effect on whichever pouring of Aether it’s included in.

Those often nervous, detached, or feeling like they don’t “fit in” or “belong” in a particular setting might find use in this additive.

All current Variants will accept this additive.

200 mesh. Soft white powder.

Not much to say on it for now. At one point it was a necessary ingredient for a number of private Variants. As technology advanced, it became unnecessary.

Why offer it? It’s a nice choice if you would like an additive, but not one that will color the output too strongly. I find that it makes some devices feel just a little more “crystalline;” a little neater. Not too strange, given that silica and quartz crystals share the same makeup. It’s a subtle effect, so don’t expect it to be a fireworks display.

I often throw this in when I’m experimenting. Trying for an odd outcome. It isn’t fully figured out. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone but the most nuanced and perceptive customer. That or a very much bored and curious customer.

All current Variants will accept this additive.

[/spb_text_block] [/spb_accordion_tab] [spb_accordion_tab title=”Spodumene” accordion_id=”” icon=””] [spb_text_block pb_margin_bottom=”no” pb_border_bottom=”no” width=”1/1″ el_position=”first last”]

Formula: LiAl(SiO3)2

Spodumene is a pyroxene mineral consisting of lithium aluminium inosilicate, LiAl(SiO3)2, and is a source of lithium. It occurs as colorless to yellowish, purplish, or lilac kunzite (see below), yellowish-green or emerald-green hiddenite, prismatic crystals, often of great size.”(1)

This mineral is an important source of lithium for multiple industries ranging from medicine to mobile phone devices. So what’s that got to do with orgone output and Aether devices?

In the search for effective Aether additives, I wasn’t sure where to start. In the beginning I simply ordered every metal powder and form I could get ahold of, endeavoring to try them all. That went well for a while, but I realized that doing this randomly isn’t the best way to approach this. I needed to find additives that were already known for unique properties and effects.

So, how does this relate to lithium? Since most Aether is suited to be used by people, I looked for effects it had on our biology and psychology. As it turns out, lithium has been used for mental health for decades.

Lithium compounds, also known as lithium salts, are primarily used as a psychiatric medication. This includes in the treatment of major depressive disorder that does not improve following the use of other antidepressants and bipolar disorder.[2] In these disorders, it reduces the risk of suicide.[3](4)

Without going too far into that, I’ll now share my personal experience with this powder. It truly appears to instill a “happy” vibe. A soft and bright white powder, spodumene gives Aether a feeling that matches its appearance well: it feels soft, bright, new and clean. To be honest, the output this delivers reminds me much of the way I would feel as a child. When everything was new and clean. It’s not often one feels that these days. It was soothing.

This ingredient is the driving force of the Spa Variant, which can be made with either spodumene or manganese dioxide.

This additive has a serious softening effect on Aether output. The output doesn’t weaken in strength, but it does become softer and more blurred. It goes in the opposite direction of most Variants, whose aim is to be as crisp and clear as possible.

For this reason, it does not play well with most other Variants. Pick this additive only if you desire the device, or section of a device, to be predominantly bright, white, soft and clean.

100 mesh. Dark gray powder, gritty and shiny in appearance.

Adds a nice darkness and heaviness. Still fairly mysterious.

200 mesh. Jet black powder.

Curiously enough, it has effects very similar to spodumene. Very uplifting and bright energetic output. There’s little reason to think so from the background of this additive. Unlike spodumene, which sports a potent anti-depressive element (lithium), there’s no reason to see why any aspect of this powder should deliver an output similar to spodumene at all.

The only notable use I found for this compound was for dry cell batteries. Hollandite is pure manganese dioxide, and some online folk believe it has unique energetic properties, but it still doesn’t explain the potent, very “happy” output it doles out.

I have not used this powder much. If you’re curious on whether or not this would be a good fit for your custom project, I’ll do a little investigating. A smidgen of trial and error. At this point it seems more forgiving than the oppressive softening effect of spodomene, while still retaining much of its cheeriness.

Small, thin flakes of pure zinc.

Think of a crushed bag of corn flakes. Some are small, some are not so small.

Has a clean zing to it. Combines well with rhodizite crystals, if bonded together.

It does okay by itself, though if I use metallic tape to attach it to a metal or crystal core, it really shines.

Think of it as a cool, clean “assistant” additive which best shines in unison with other pieces.

Small, skinny magnesium trimmings that look like narrow spirals. Light and fluffy.

Magnesium has a wonderful, bright, happy energy to it. If it wasn’t so springy and messy, I’d use it more often.

If you’d like a piece to be something cheery, something to make you feel lighter, this is a fine choice.

[/spb_text_block] [/spb_accordion_tab] [spb_accordion_tab title=”Stainless Steel BBs” accordion_id=”” icon=””] [spb_text_block pb_margin_bottom=”no” pb_border_bottom=”no” width=”1/1″ el_position=”first last”]

Just your typical stainless steel BB. These are the size commonly used in airsoft guns.

These are fairly heavy, so it will add extra heft to an Atheric item. That may not seem so impressive, but the resin used to make these devices is rather light. Some may prefer to have an item that has a little more weight to it.

Energetically, any solid metal piece will serve as a focal point for the energy in a device. This one’s no different. They will sink to the bottom of the device, or whichever layer of resin you would like them incorporated in.

Adds a little complexity to the output. Gives it a smidgen more “grounding” quality.

Tiny quartz points. Most are single terminated, some double.

Much like Aether, I’m capable of instilling all quartz pieces with custom programming. They use a similar process. Much like a USB memory stick, it can be written over repeatedly. Aether, on the other hand, is like a CD-R. Once it’s programmed, it’s locked in and cannot be changed.

Placing quartz within your custom Aether device gives you the best of both: the dependable steadiness of permanently programmed Aether, and the continually rewritable aspect of the quartz inclusions.

This way, your device can be continually updated with different functions, “moods” and sensation. The full impact on the device’s output would depend on optimal ratios of size and positioning. That is to say, more may not mean better, and it’s more important to be specific and accurate than adding in extra pieces willy-nilly or expensive toppings.

Let me know what you would like the quartz to be doing, and I’ll do my best to have it, or something close to it, programmed in. If you desire to change it later, you can learn how to do it yourself, or consult with me.

These are the single most powerful crystals I’ve ever come across. Much like quartz, these can be “programmed” for further optimization and strength.

Though small (a few millimeters in size), they are equal in strength to Aether devices! Unheard of for a simple crystal. Not to mention very much positively oriented, with no need for “cleansing” or smudging like other crystals might require.

Only a few are needed to supercharge your device.

1-2″ long shards.

I’ve always liked blue kyanite. Fairly strong, with a dusty positive glow to it. Uniquely grounding for such a high-energy piece. Plus, according to crystal lore, it never needs to be “cleansed” or smudged either, much like rhodizite. So the feeling stays pretty constant.

There’s no programming yet devised specifically for blue kyanite, so these would feel like any other specimens you’ve come across. Which, let’s be clear, is already pretty brilliant.

If you desire an inclusion that’s both “high vibration” and thoroughly grounding, this one’s a perfect fit.

Small, about 1/2″ each at their maximum size. Red, mostly opaque unless in front of some bright light. Unpolished, but somewhat faceted. You wouldn’t want these on a ring, but they do quite well in Aether.

Garnet is all about the root. They’re little harbingers of gravity and density. Almost feels like your bones themselves become a little more solid and weighted. That, and the slight feeling of “royalty” to it. Many kings’ crowns utilize garnet. They’re not always rubies if they’re red.

The most grounding inclusion I offer. Throw one in if you truly desire a deeper sense of “heft.”

1/4″ beads.

Malachite is a fairly dense mineral. Heavy and smooth.

Possesses a grounding aspect, plus a notable ability to absorb negative energy fairly well on its own. It may even absorb and negate EMFs, if other crystal sites are to believed, though not to a wild extent.

I will say that I do notice them “sponge up” negativity a little. If I’m ever feeling exceptionally icky, having one in contact with me helps buffer it a little.

Those who feel negative often, highly anxious, or continually sick, malachite is a great option to up the “soothing factor” of your device.
